What exactly does a session include?

Do I need a subscription?
You need an Apex account, but coaching sessions are one-time purchases priced by track — separate from the practice subscription.
What if my track has no available coach?
Join the waitlist for that track from your dashboard. We'll email you the moment a vetted coach goes live for it.
How is the session scored?
With your consent, the session is transcribed and scored on the same Apex rubric as your AI mocks. If you decline transcription, you still get your coach's written debrief.
